Terms of Use

Your account

You need an account to use the service, and you must be at least 16 years old. Keep your login details to yourself. You are responsible for what happens under your account. You can close it at any time from the app.

Train at your own risk

ARSIS Progression calculates training loads from the numbers you give it. It is a tool, not a coach, a doctor or a spotter. It does not know your health, your technique or how you feel today. Lifting heavy carries risk of injury. Get medical clearance before you start a program, use a spotter and safety equipment, and use your own judgement on every set. You lift at your own risk.

Your content

The programs you build and the sessions you log are yours. You give us the permission we need to store, sync and display them so the service works, and to share them with a coach when you choose to connect with one. We do not claim ownership of your content.

Coaches and clients

If you use the coach portal to program for clients, you are responsible for the programming you assign and for your relationship with your clients, including any qualifications, insurance and consent your local law requires. ARSIS is the software you write the program in, not a party to your coaching agreement.

You may only view an athlete's data while they have an active connection with you, and you must handle it confidentially and in line with applicable data protection law.

Acceptable use

Do not reverse engineer, scrape or resell the service, interfere with its operation, or use it to break the law or harm anyone. We may suspend accounts that do.

Payment

Paid plans, if you take one, are billed through the App Store, Google Play or our web checkout, and renew until you cancel. Cancel any time before the renewal date; the plan then runs to the end of the period you paid for. Refunds through the app stores follow their own rules.

Service and liability

The service is provided as is. We work to keep it available and your data safe, but we cannot promise it will never be interrupted or that data will never be lost, so keep your own record of anything you cannot afford to lose. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for injury arising from your training.

Changes and contact

We may update these terms. If a change materially affects you we will give notice in the app or by email before it takes effect. Questions: legal@arsis-progression.com.
